At Superior Catering, we are proud to offer a unique indoor BBQ experience, providing high-quality barbecue menu to you – indoors!

Over the years, we have worked at a number of different venues and are adept at providing high-quality catering services in all circumstances. Our indoor barbecue menu has been uniquely designed to provide our guests with the ultimate barbecue experience – whatever the weather!

Our indoor BBQ menu:

Double cheeseburgers

What barbecue would be complete with a mouth-watering beef burger loaded with gooey melted cheese? Our cheeseburgers are grilled to perfection by our expert cooks and are sure to kick-start those summer-time barbecue feels (even if it’s only -7 degree outside).

‘High peak’ lamb burgers

A posh twist on humble barbecue burgers, our ‘high peak’ burgers are made with succulent lamb.

Superior BBQ meaty beans

Baked beans infused with our smoky BBQ sauce – a great companion for our meats.

‘Bratwurst’ sausages

You can’t have a barbecue without offering a good sausage, and our deep filled, traditionally-made Bratwurst sausages are the perfect BBQ food.

Sides

All of our barbecue packages include fries and salads. Our salad bar includes all of your favourite salad vegetables, including lettuce, cucumber, tomato and cous-cous.
